1. **Cutting and Welding Equipment**: Used for precise processing of the metal frame and other structural parts of the electric scooter.

2. **Automated Assembly Lines**: To enhance assembly efficiency and ensure continuity and consistency in the production process.

3. **Electric or Pneumatic Tools**: Used for various fastening and joining tasks during the assembly process.

4. **Inspection and Testing Equipment**: To evaluate the performance of the electric scooter, including speed, endurance, and safety.

5. **Battery and Charger Testing Instruments**: To ensure that these key components meet safety and performance standards.

6. **Motor, Battery, and Controller**: These are the main components of an electric scooter. The motor provides power, the battery stores energy, and the controller manages the operation of the motor, enabling acceleration, deceleration, and directional control.

7. **Final Assembly Process**: To ensure the quality performance of the final product, including preparation work, frame assembly, motor installation, battery installation, controller installation, wheel assembly, suspension system installation, braking system installation, electrical system connection, body shell installation, final inspection, performance testing, quality check, packaging, and shipping.

8. **Production Process Simulation**: Simulation is an important tool for planning production, allowing flexibility to respond to market demands and reduce production costs. Simulation software like ProModel can effectively simulate the production process.

9. **Production Capacity**: Some electric scooter manufacturing factories have a construction area of over 123,000 square feet, divided into different areas such as raw material storage, raw material testing, pre-assembly area, temperature-controlled unit storage for batteries, an assembly line with 37 assembly stations, and a battery manufacturing area.

10. **Quality Control**: Continuous quality checks are conducted on the assembly line to minimize errors and perform quality tests at each stage of the assembly line.

11. **Environmental Sustainability**: Some factories have achieved zero wastewater discharge, all electronic waste is handled by authorized recyclers, and there is no wastewater discharge due to internal sewage treatment and treated water recycling.

12. **Battery Testing**: Batteries are tested by charging and discharging, while software JIRA is used to troubleshoot production line faults.
